Sexual pleasure for millennia been linked to the sexual organs, everything that does not pass through the vagina or penis was not considered sex much less source of sexual pleasure. Oral and anal sex for many was considered as misrepresentation of the purpose of organ Created- mouth to feed and anus excretory organ. The recently heard of an evangelical religious leader addressing healthy sexuality, saying: "The anus is not sexual organ" I'm wondering what world these people are, transforming the body into the prison desire and pleasure and not as performing instrument and manifestation of libido. Another word I heard that much shocked me; "Homosexuals as well as going against the biological manifestation of its creation using a body that was not made for cohabitation, anus!" The biggest sexual organ is the brain world, and the body as an expression of this! If the person has a man's body and is happy as a woman, or inverso- woman's body and head and man's sexuality; that use sexuality as feel pleasure without the bars of dogmatism and blind religiosity. Every one knows where and how to feel pleasure and if you do not know has time to find out! 
The beauty of BDSM is that each found in the positions adotou- is Dom, Domme, sub, brat, Sw, or in fetichistas- Daddy, baby ... or pet or other positions and desires that exist and arise, that the limit pleasure is consensual, the health and safety or the risks arising out of such a practice, always conscious and consensual manner (Rack).
